MegaCity One is not a bright future, according to the Pentagon.

.... In what is no surprise at all, megacities are seen as a situation where military units may have an extremely hard time. No surprise, given that many science fiction narratives revolve on that very idea. Of course, coming from the Pentagon, that's pretty grim.
